By accessing and using the Stratum.Earth website (stratum.earth) and its associated services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of our website and services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services, including website visitors, product purchasers, and contracted clients.
Stratum.Earth provides environmental technology services including geospatial analytics, sustainability intelligence, climate risk assessment, AI/ML environmental modelling, and decision support platforms. Our services are provided on a project basis, subscription basis, or as standalone products.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
All content on the Stratum.Earth website, including text, graphics, logos, images, data visualisations, maps, and software, is the intellectual property of Stratum.Earth or our content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Client-commissioned analytical outputs and reports are transferred to the client upon full payment, subject to any specific terms agreed in the engagement contract. Stratum.Earth retains the right to use anonymised methodological insights for internal research purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.
Geospatial datasets, GIS maps, and other digital products purchased from Stratum.Earth are licensed, not sold. Unless otherwise specified, licences are:

Fees for services and products are as quoted in proposals or listed in the store. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice for service projects. Digital product purchases require payment before access is granted. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST in India, VAT in EU).
We accept bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. For enterprise subscriptions, annual invoicing with NET-30 terms is available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratum.Earth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care consistent with professional standards. However, geospatial analytics and environmental modelling involve inherent uncertainties. All outputs are provided with documented uncertainty estimates.
Our website and products are provided "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
For clients in India, these terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. For clients in the European Union, these terms are additionally subject to applicable EU consumer protection laws and disputes may be subject to mediation under EU ADR directives.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users or by prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
